G: God’s Wife

3899I had planned a post about Grammar today, but you know, there’s so much stuff already written on the subject by people far more qualified than I am to talk about it.  Besides, I found this article a couple days ago and it fascinated me so much I wanted to share it.

Does God have a wife?

I’m spiritual, but not religious, so find this endlessly fascinating.  In fact, as a writer, all I really see is the mountain of potential story ideas.  Is it true?  Who knows?  And does it even matter?  Either way, though, it sparks the imagination, and for a writer, what’s better than that?

  1. It seems to make sence that he would have a wife. After all, we are his children, right? What I really would like to know is if Jesus had a wife and if the church really did cover it up. I really found the chalice and the da vinci code very interesting. One has to wonder. Loved your post.

  5. I spent 10 years of my life involved with the Seventh-day Adventist Church. I no longer practice Christianity, as I am not CERTAIN where I stand anymore. However, I agree that many great stories have come/can come from people concepts of faith and religion. Congratulations on the award from Deirdra. I agree; you have a great blog...I'm now a follower.

  7. God is both female and male, he/she is whom we are created in the image of. Ever wonder why we all have soul mates? I found mine.
